Fred Perez – Owner and President: Fred’s background includes 30 years of experience as a sales
and management professional, with the last 15 years in Information Technology. He has a broad
business background and has worked on national and international scale with many Fortune 500
companies. Fred has specialized in business development, client relationship building and
retention, marketing, and sales recruiting and training throughout his career.

Tony Perez – VP of Operations and Recruiting Manager: Tony has extensive Staffing and
Recruiting experience as well as professional experience in a broad range of areas, including
Government Auditing/Accounting and Financial Services. He functions in a dual role for MIS
Consulting Group, providing leadership and mentoring to other recruiters as well as client
management. In addition, Tony stays on top of current recruiting and sourcing techniques and
serves as our Subject Matter Expert for pricing and staffing trends. Tony is an AIRS certified
recruiter and has extensive experience in current recruiting and sourcing techniques as well as
current regulatory and legal issues relating to the industry. Also, he has been an IT/IS instructor in
the CSU system and is responsible for internal IT systems and issues for MIS Consulting Group.

David Pilati – Business Recruiter: David heads up our efforts in FTE recruiting on the business
side for our clients. He is a successful recruiter, executive coach, organization consultant, and
trainer/educator with a strong technical background as well as organization development and
change management experience with companies such as Cisco Systems, Genentech, McKinsey
and Co., Johnson & Johnson, and Citigroup as well as the U.S. Navy and the Oak Ridge National
Laboratory. David holds a PhD from Stanford in Mechanical Engineering as well as numerous
professional certifications.

Kristina Cyronek – Technical Recruiter: Kristina is a seasoned technical recruiter with a extensive
background in programming and development as well as systems engineering and network
administration. She is our resident expert for technical screening, helping to ensure that our
candidates are able to do what their resume says they can do. Kristina holds degrees in Computer
Science and Mathematical Programming as well as numerous certificates in programming and
development.
